The Pre Pitch is a unique, stay-in-place spreading tool designed for use underneath shower pan liners to create the proper sub floor slope needed to manipulate water towards to weep holes in the shower floor instead of between the mudbed and the liner. In order to build a proper mortar bed you will have to build a perfect pitch and slope (1/4″ per 12″ run) for water drainage. The Pre Pitch Extended Float Stick Kit is to be used in conjunction to the Pre Pitch Mortar Bed Kit. Extended Float Sticks connect to your Pitched Float Sticks, that come packaged in the Pre Pitch Mortar Bed Kit, in order to extend your pitch an additional 36″ in either direction.
